Their Credit Enhancement Department (CED) is responsible for assessing risk for complex reinsurance contracts. In order to more accurately assess the company's risk position, the client needed to replace its existing system with an advanced portfolio management system. |
Solution:

Worked closely with CED's portfolio managers to develop the complex business requirements for tracking reinsurance exposures and analyzing the reinsurance portfolio. |

Results ended with Promotum implementin a Credit Management System (CMS) using an n-tiered architecture using Visual Studio.NET development tools and Rational's suite of design tools. |

To insure rock-solid application architecture, Promotum Group worked closely with Microsoft to validate their .Net strategy and architecture, especially in the area of MS Office product integration. |

Multinational automobile manufacturer, needed an easy-to-use, cost-effective way for Dealers to register and activate their in-vehicle safety, security and information service for their customers |

The previous enrollment process was done one of two ways—both inefficient and costly. Either Dealers had to call the Call Center where an Enrollment Advisor would manually enter customer information, or the customer would register themselves via "Blue Button" service from their car, creating costly cellular phone service charges |

In both cases, new customers were also required to complete and fax a Subscriber Service Agreement (SSA) that was then manually entered by Enrollment Advisors |
