Business Challenge:
Multinational automobile manufacturer, needed an easy-to-use, cost-effective way for Dealers to register and activate their in-vehicle safety, security and information service for their customers
The previous enrollment process was done one of two ways—both inefficient and costly. Either Dealers had to call the Call Center where an Enrollment Advisor would manually enter customer information, or the customer would register themselves via "Blue Button" service from their car, creating costly cellular phone service charges
In both cases, new customers were also required to complete and fax a Subscriber Service Agreement (SSA) that was then manually entered by Enrollment Advisors
The client turned to Promotum Group for a more cost-effective and customer-friendly approach

Solution:
Provided a pool of PMs reporting to the client. These resources:
Promotum Group designed and implemented an Online Enrollment Processing System allowing dealers to enter the information once, via the Web, and that information is downloaded to a database, where Enrollment Advisors use a linked web-based application to provide service to customers.
The system uses an n-tiered application architecture that is scalable and portable, and enables thousands of enrollments to be processed each month.

Results:
By taking advantage of web technologies, the client has dramatically improved its enrollment processing time and accuracy, resulting in significant year over year cost savings
The client is delighted and is using those cost savings to fund future enhancements with Promotum Group
